From One Engineer and One Student: The Beginning of Rajeshwari Academy
In 2018, a software engineer made a quiet but meaningful decision—to leave behind the corporate world and start something small, yet purposeful. With a whiteboard, a few books, and just one student, she began teaching from her small living room in Jeemangalam, Hosur. That was the first step toward what would eventually become Rajeshwari Academy.She had seen how many children struggled with rote learning and lacked personal guidance. So, she set out to build a space where learning was clear, practical, and supportive. Her goal was simple: to help children truly understand what they were learning, and to grow in confidence—not just in academics, but in thinking.

A name chosen with profound love and heartfelt gratitude for the founder’s mother, Rajeshwari. She was far more than a mother; she was the heartbeat of this journey. With countless sacrifices, quiet strength, and unwavering love, she became the guiding light for every step taken.
Her nurturing spirit lives on in every corner of the Academy—especially in the care we show to each child. Like how she used to lovingly feed the children after school, making sure no one went hungry, that same warmth continues today through our hot meals program at the Jeemangalam branch. It’s more than just food—it’s a tradition of love, comfort, and care, a small way to keep her presence alive.
She instilled in us the importance of education, especially for the girl child, with the fierce love only a mother can have. At Rajeshwari Academy, we carry forward that legacy—not just teaching lessons, but nurturing every child as tenderly as she nurtured her own

As an educator and mentor, she saw the limitations of traditional systems that focused only on marks, not on meaning. Children often memorized lessons but missed out on confidence, independence, and curiosity.The dream was to create a space where learning felt natural and joyful. Montessori matched that vision perfectly.
